A short Statement

Shalamrood is a cultural project based on a young generation's Iranian childhood story. "Shalamrood" is the name of an imaginary village in a story written by Manoochehr Ehterami, one of the well-known Iranian authors. In this project, I am going to redefine the story by getting help from the imagination of our audience and putting them in a place where they can create the story once again in a way they like. Some audience might use their imagination to create a totally new world, but others might want to recreate the place using the elements they had heard from the story before.
